FIrst i want to say sorry to Gennie !
Sorry , Gennie !
For not calling you back when i say i would cause of some issues at home lor .
Forgive me kay ???
Was fun talking to her on the phone .
We started around 10+ to 11+ , then she needed to do sth so we said 12 then call . Called her around 12 and we talk till 1+ or 2+ .
Slept around 3+ .
See ?? everyday sleep so late alr got panda eyes la .
Woke up at 9.30 am .
Was almost late for training .
Starts at 10 .
Rushed la , then me and novia reached around  9.50+ .
Then she say she saw murdoch , then ask me go confirm lor .
Didnt went to talk to him .
Did warm up and went into lanes .
Coach adam say he could train us if i can find a small group of ppl , but i didnt really want to train with tkgs ppl , not really close .
I prefer Coach alvin and my juniors . I feel much more comfortable and more me than with tkgs ppl cause they are less hyper than rss-ians . I love RSS !
Did drills , first shadow bowling , then 1 steps , 2 steps , 31/2 steps and finally normal steps !
Keep trying to make my fingers turn ...
And i really dun get wad uncle adam say by turning , i gave that very blur face but then just say okay lor . I remember the first shot i throw he was behind me .
Freaky lor ! keep saying from behind me .
Saw a bunch of small kids learning how to bowl , damn cute (: 
Then also saw murdoch bowling , he blended in well with them .
Siang min and karen keep saying someone so sad , and they give hints for nelly to guess and she was too engrossed that she couldn't concentrate on bowling .
Then karen and siang min told me the answer , haha .
It is unexpectable but is very easy .
Took bus home with Nelly .
